We are excited to have join our LUX IT UP IN CANCUN GIRLS GROUP TRIP! Below you will find deposit information, payment plans and our booking link. Please read over every detail to answer any questions!
Deposit & Payment Information
IMPORTANT!
Your reservation and package price on our group trip is not guaranteed until we receive your deposits.
Passports MUST BE VALID until August 2025 to travel with us! If you need a new passport or passport renewal, check here for the steps! You may still book your trip with us if you are awaiting your passport!
Deposit Per Adult - $50.00
(Without Trip Protection)
Resort Package Deposit: $50 (per adult) via our credit card portal; You will enter your card information through our secure portal. The cardholder will be the PRIMARY traveler on the reservation. All payments must be paid via one card; Split payments cannot be accepted. If you wish to add trip protection, this will be added to your resort package deposit. Once you submit your payment and traveler information, you will receive your booking confirmation in 24-48 hours!
Excursion Deposit due October 1st: Payment should be sent directly to Dominique via Zelle or Venmo ($200 per person)
Remaining resort package payments will be due on November 1, and December 1. Late payments will NOT ACCEPTED and can risk your booking being canceled. You will receive a reminder 5 days prior to payment due dates for a request to authorize LUX Travel to process your payment on the due dates.
Disclaimer** All bookings are NON-refundable. If you wish to cancel, you risk forfeiting your deposits. If trip protection is purchased, you will receive your $50 resort package deposit and all payments back via trip credit or returned to card utilized for booking except your $200 LUX Travel Excursion Deposit.

FAQs
Q: What if I don't have anyone to go with?
A: Don't let that hold you back! You will meet a TON of other people on the trip!
Q: I submitted my card and traveler information but my card has not been charged?
A: LUX Travel will book your resort and transportation within 24-48hours and you will receive your package confirmation number via email! Your card will not be charged until we manually process your payment.
Q: What if I don't have my passport yet or it will expire before August 2025?
A: You can still book! However, you should apply for an expedited passport ASAP! Here are the steps to apply for a passport renewal or your first passport
Q: Do I have to stay with the group the entire trip?
A: No! We have two group excursions booked, so outside of those, you are not required to stay with the group! We will utilize the WhatsApp chat if travelers wish to meetup for resort activities or update which part of the resort they are heading to throughout the day. You are more than welcome to book additional excursions or explore on your own!
Q: Can I bring my children?
A: Unfortunately this is an Adult-Only trip, but stay tuned for the next group trip!
Q: Are flights included?
A: Flights are not included in the package prices. We will provide direct booking links based on your airport preferences! Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights and sending your flight confirmation(s) to us via email.
